Founded by Anna Jones, who is 12 years old, decided she wanted to start this business after planning her sisters 10th birthday (which was a tent party.) She hopes she can provide this service to others and help plan amazing, unforgettable parties.
To book a party you will need to email me the things listed under Booking. Once you have emailed me I will reply with a few extra details about how it works and we can figure out what time works best. We ask that you book a party 14 days in advance just to insure we have anything and everything we need for your party.
When we finalize a date, a $75 non-refundable deposit will be paid via the PayPal link. Final payment is due upon delivery
Part of our service is making it easy for you! We come to your house for a party with everything that is listed under what is included. We do ask that a space is cleared for the tents before we arrive. We will set everything up that we brought to make it an amazing party! After everything is set up then the final payment is due. It takes us about 2-3 hours to set everything up. Once the party is done we come the next day at the time that we worked out and we take everything down. Taking everything down takes us about 2-3 hours. If an extra day is needed the fee for that is under pricing. We wash and sanitize everything that was used before using it for another party.
Once again, part of our service is to make everything easy for you. There is not much you need to do to set up; all we ask is that you clear a space for the tents and mattresses to be set up. We do not want to be responsible for moving any furniture!
Damage
If any damage is done to the equipment there will be a $40 fee. We know accidents happen but hope to have longevity of our equipment.
Cancellation Policy
If something comes up we understand.
We ask that a party is cancelled at least 7 days before the event.
Allergies
Please inform us ahead of time if someone has allergies to specific material or cleaning products. We are not responsible for any allergic reactions.
