About Us
Founded by Anna Jones, who is 12 years old, decided she wanted to start this business after planning her sisters 10th birthday (which was a tent party.) She hopes she can provide this service to others and help plan amazing, unforgettable parties.

How it works
Planning
To book a party you will need to email me the things listed under Booking. Once you have emailed me I will reply with a few extra details about how it works and we can figure out what time works best. We ask that you book a party 14 days in advance just to insure we have anything and everything we need for your party.
Payment
When we finalize a date, a $75 non-refundable deposit will be paid via the PayPal link. Final payment is due upon delivery
Delivery, Setup, and Clean up
Part of our service is making it easy for you! We come to your house for a party with everything that is listed under what is included. We do ask that a space is cleared for the tents before we arrive. We will set everything up that we brought to make it an amazing party! After everything is set up then the final payment is due. It takes us about 2-3 hours to set everything up. Once the party is done we come the next day at the time that we worked out and we take everything down. Taking everything down takes us about 2-3 hours. If an extra day is needed the fee for that is under pricing. We wash and sanitize everything that was used before using it for another party.
What you need to do before we arrive
Once again, part of our service is to make everything easy for you. There is not much you need to do to set up; all we ask is that you clear a space for the tents and mattresses to be set up. We do not want to be responsible for moving any furniture!
Terms and conditions
Damage
If any damage is done to the equipment there will be a $40 fee. We know accidents happen but hope to have longevity of our equipment.
Cancellation Policy
If something comes up we understand.
We ask that a party is cancelled at least 7 days before the event.
- A party that is cancelled at least 7 days before the event gets a full refund (besides the non refundable deposit).
- A party cancelled within 5 days of the event does not get a refund.
Allergies
Please inform us ahead of time if someone has allergies to specific material or cleaning products. We are not responsible for any allergic reactions.
Safety and hygiene
- We insure all of our equipment is thoroughly cleaned before another party.
- We are not responsible for the care of children just the equipment!
Charity
- For every tent booked, I will donate $5 to Elimisha Kakuma (www.elimishakakuma.org)
- Why this group? This group means a lot to me because we have a chosen family member who helped found this group after successfully graduating from university in the United States. Elimisha Kakuma is a program that provides access to higher education opportunities for high school grads from Kakuma Refugee Camp in Kenya.

- The colors you would like to see in this theme
- A description of decorations you have in mind
I will then email a picture of the items for this theme.

Note
(We do not provide sleeping pillows so we encourage guests to bring their own for hygiene purposes.)
